English version: Privacy Policy
This Offer contains separate terms from Platform Operator Alexey Sergeyevich Arsentyev, Tax ID 263214080108, for registration, the Account, and free Sportexa features, and a separate offer by Individual Entrepreneur Andrey Aleksandrovich Guzich, applying USN, Tax ID (INN) 773575887309, OGRNIP 325508100786398 (the “Paid Access Seller”), for paid access. An agreement with the Seller may be concluded separately, only if the Seller has the rights needed to provide access and after the User places a separate order.
The Sportexa Service is available at sportexa.online.
Before purchasing paid access, the User must read this Offer.
1. Terms
Sportexa / Service means an information and analytics software service that provides users with access to sports information, statistics, analytical materials, probability estimates, results of mathematical and statistical models, and features based on artificial intelligence technologies.
Platform Operator means Alexey Sergeyevich Arsentyev, Tax ID 263214080108, owner of the Sportexa software and operator of the platform for registration, Accounts, free features, and related data.
Paid Access Seller means Individual Entrepreneur Andrey Aleksandrovich Guzich, Tax ID (INN) 773575887309, OGRNIP 325508100786398, applying USN and offering paid access in their own name only if the rights needed to provide it are in place.
Service Provider means the Platform Operator in provisions about registration, the Account, free features, and platform operations; and the Paid Access Seller in provisions about a separate paid order, payment, receipt, refund, and delivery of purchased paid access. They are separate parties to the relevant relationships; no agency arrangement is stated.
User means an individual who uses Sportexa.
Account / Personal Account means the User's account in Sportexa.
Plan means a set of Service features, limitations, and access terms: free features are set by the Platform Operator, and a paid Plan by the Paid Access Seller.
Subscription means a set of paid Sportexa features purchased from the Paid Access Seller for a specified period; automatic renewal applies only with the User’s separate consent under Section 10.
Analytics means information generated by Sportexa, including statistical indicators, calculations, probability estimates, comparisons, forecasts, analytical conclusions, and other results of processing sports data.
AI Assistant means a Sportexa feature that allows the User to interact with the Service's analytical capabilities in natural language using artificial intelligence technologies.
2. General Provisions
2.1. This Offer sets out the terms for registration and use of free Sportexa features with the Platform Operator, as well as separate terms for purchasing paid access from the Paid Access Seller if such access is offered and a paid order becomes available.
2.2. The current version of the Offer is published on the Sportexa website. The User may review the Platform Operator’s terms before registration and the Seller’s terms before placing a separate paid order.
2.3. Upon registration, the User accepts the Platform Operator’s terms only for creating and using an Account and free features, by personally ticking the box “I accept the terms of the public offer” and verifying the email address with a one-time code. Registration is not acceptance of the Paid Access Seller’s offer, does not conclude an agreement with the Seller, does not purchase a paid Subscription, and is not consent to automatic charges. A separate paid-access agreement may be concluded with the Seller only if it confirms the rights needed to provide access, paid checkout and payment are enabled, and the User separately reviews and confirms the order in the checkout interface.
2.4. Upon registration, an agreement between the User and the Platform Operator is concluded for use of the Account and free features. An agreement with the Paid Access Seller may arise separately only after the conditions in clause 2.3 are met and the User confirms a separate order.
2.5. If any provision of this Offer conflicts with mandatory rules of law applicable to the relevant relationship between the User and the Platform Operator or Paid Access Seller, and those rules cannot be varied by agreement, the mandatory rules apply.
2.6. The Platform Operator provides free Sportexa features. Their use is governed by the terms between the User and the Platform Operator and does not create a paid-access agreement with the Seller.
3. Subject Matter of the Agreement
3.1. The Platform Operator provides the User with an Account and free Sportexa features. If the Paid Access Seller separately offers a paid order and has the rights needed to provide that access, it provides only the paid features ordered, and the User pays the Seller under the confirmed order.
3.2. Sportexa features may include:
- obtaining and processing sports statistics;
- information about sporting events, competitions, teams, and athletes;
- statistical and mathematical analysis;
- analysis of historical results;
- probability models;
- estimating the probability of various outcomes of sporting events;
- analysis of bookmaker odds and markets;
- comparing calculated probabilities with available odds;
- analytical materials and forecasts;
- a personalized AI Assistant;
- interacting with the Service in natural language;
- a history of requests and analytical reviews;
- other information and analytics features.
3.3. The Platform Operator sets the free features; the Paid Access Seller sets the contents and terms of a paid Plan. The features and order terms available to the User are shown in the Sportexa interface.
3.4. The User purchases access to the features of an information and analytics Service.
3.5. The subject matter of the agreement does not include ensuring that the User wins, earns income, or achieves any particular result when placing bets.
4. Nature of Sportexa's Activities
4.1. Sportexa is an information and analytics service.
4.2. Sportexa is not a bookmaker, totalisator, or organiser of gambling.
4.3. Sportexa does not accept bets, enter into bets with Users, or become a party to a bet placed by the User with a bookmaker or another third party.
4.4. Sportexa does not accept or hold the User's funds for the purpose of subsequently placing bets on the User's behalf.
4.5. Sportexa does not place bets on the User's behalf.
4.6. Sportexa Analytics may be generated based on:
- sports statistics;
- historical results;
- current data about sporting events;
- data from independent providers;
- mathematical and statistical models;
- probability methods;
- algorithmic analysis methods;
- machine-learning technologies;
- artificial intelligence technologies;
- other sources and information-processing methods available to the Service.
4.7. Analysis results are probabilistic and are not a reliable prediction of the future.
4.8. Sportexa provides the User with an additional analytical opinion (a “second opinion”), which the User may take into account alongside other information sources available to them.
5. Forecasts, Bets, and Risks
5.1. Forecasts, probabilities, estimates, analytical conclusions, and other Sportexa materials are informational and analytical in nature.
5.2. No Sportexa forecast or analytical conclusion guarantees that a particular sporting event outcome will occur.
5.3. Sportexa does not guarantee that the User will:
- win;
- earn income;
- preserve their funds;
- achieve a particular return;
- achieve a particular percentage of successful bets;
- achieve any other financial result.
5.4. Sportexa information is not financial or investment advice and must not be treated as a promise or guarantee of income.
5.5. The User independently decides whether to use the information received.
5.6. In particular, the User independently decides:
- whether to place a bet;
- whether to take Sportexa Analytics into account;
- which bookmaker to use;
- which market or outcome to choose;
- whether to place a bet at all;
- how much money to use for a bet.
5.7. The User understands that placing a bet involves the risk of losing money and that the entire amount placed may be lost.
5.8. Past model results, statistical forecast accuracy, and historical patterns do not guarantee similar results in the future.
5.9. The User should not use money for gambling if losing it could have a significant effect on the User's financial situation.
5.10. Gambling may lead to gambling addiction.
5.11. Sportexa is not presented as a way to earn guaranteed, stable, or regular income.
6. Age Restrictions
6.1. Sportexa features related to the analysis of bookmaker markets, bets, and betting are intended exclusively for adult Users.
6.2. Persons under 18 years of age may not use those features.
6.3. If the law of the User's country sets a higher minimum age for participating in the relevant gambling activities or using related features, the User must comply with that age threshold.
6.4. By registering and using the relevant Sportexa features, the User confirms that they have reached the age required under the law applicable to them.
7. Limitations of Mathematical Models and Artificial Intelligence
7.1. The User understands that mathematical models, machine learning, and artificial intelligence have technical and statistical limitations and may make errors.
7.2. Sportexa does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of:
- sports statistics;
- team line-ups;
- information about athletes;
- information about injuries and disqualifications;
- bookmaker odds;
- event schedules and start times;
- sporting event results;
- data from independent providers;
- calculated probabilities;
- mathematical model results;
- AI Assistant responses.
7.3. Information may come from independent data providers and may contain errors, be incomplete, change, or arrive with a delay.
7.4. The AI Assistant may incorrectly interpret the User's request, source data, or conversation context.
7.5. The User is advised to verify independently any information that is material to a decision.
7.6. The Platform Operator may change the algorithms, models, calculation methods, data sources, and artificial intelligence technologies used by Sportexa to develop and improve the platform. This does not remove the Paid Access Seller’s obligations for paid access already purchased, as set out in the order and mandatory law.
7.7. Changes to models and algorithms may change analysis results, including for similar sporting events.
8. Registration and Account
8.1. Registration may be required to use certain Sportexa features.
8.2. The User must provide accurate information required for registration and use of the Service.
8.3. The User is responsible for keeping their Account access credentials secure.
8.4. The User may not transfer a paid Account to third parties unless the relevant Plan expressly allows this.
8.5. If the User discovers unauthorised access to the Account, the User should notify the Platform Operator at support@sportexa.online.
8.6. The Platform Operator may temporarily restrict or block access to an Account if it detects:
- attempts at unauthorised access;
- interference with Sportexa's operation;
- circumvention of technical restrictions;
- bulk automated data collection;
- use of an Account by multiple persons in breach of the Plan terms;
- fraudulent activity;
- other material breaches of this Offer or applicable law.
9. Plans and Paid Access
9.1. Sportexa may offer free and paid Plans.
9.2. A free Plan may limit the number of requests, the amount of data available, the depth of Analytics, available models, history, personalisation, and other features.
9.3. Paid Plans may provide expanded capabilities, including a personalized AI Assistant, additional analytics features, increased limits, and other benefits.
9.4. The current Plan features, prices, terms, and limitations are displayed on the Sportexa website. As of this revision, paid order checkout and payment acceptance through the website are not enabled; publishing the Plans does not mean they can already be purchased.
9.5. The Paid Access Seller may change the terms and prices of paid Plans. The Platform Operator may change the free features.
9.6. A change in a Plan's price does not change retroactively the price of a period already paid for by the User.
9.7. Before a Subscription is purchased, the User must be shown its price, the billing period, and whether it renews automatically.
10. Subscription and Automatic Renewal
10.1. The User purchases a paid Subscription to certain Sportexa features from the Paid Access Seller separately from registration and use of free features.
10.2. Automatic renewal applies only if it is expressly provided for in the terms shown when the selected Subscription is purchased and the User has separately confirmed consent to recurring payments. Ticking a box to confirm that the User has read the Offer during registration is not such consent.
10.3. If the Paid Access Seller separately offers automatic renewal and the User consents under this Section, the Subscription renews for the next period when the paid period ends, and its price is charged to the Seller using the payment method selected by the User.
10.4. Before purchasing a Subscription, the User is provided with information about:
- the Subscription price;
- the length of the paid period;
- whether automatic renewal applies;
- the frequency of subsequent payments;
- how to disable automatic renewal.
10.5. By purchasing an automatically renewing Subscription, the User consents to recurring payments in accordance with the selected Plan terms until automatic renewal is disabled.
10.6. The User may disable automatic renewal at any time using the relevant feature in the Personal Account or by sending a cancellation request to support@sportexa.online. If the Personal Account feature is unavailable, the cancellation request will be accepted at that email address.
10.7. Disabling automatic renewal does not end access that has already been paid for. The User retains access to the relevant features until the end of the current paid period.
10.8. No new payments are made after the current paid period ends, and the Account may be moved to a free Plan.
10.9. In cases provided for by applicable law, the User must be able to refuse further use of payment details previously provided for recurring payments.
10.10. After receiving such refusal, Sportexa may not use the relevant payment details for subsequent recurring charges in cases where applicable law prohibits such use.
10.11. Disabling automatic renewal does not by itself mean that money paid for a period already in progress will automatically be refunded.
10.12. The User's right to withdraw from the agreement and request a refund is determined by this Offer and the mandatory rules of applicable law.
10.13. Before the next automatic renewal, Sportexa may notify the User of the upcoming payment. If applicable law sets a mandatory notice period, the notice will be sent in compliance with that period.
10.14. The Personal Account must make available at least the Subscription status, current Plan, and, where applicable, the date of the next automatic payment.
11. Payment
11.1. If the Paid Access Seller enables paid orders, the price and access period will be shown in the Sportexa interface before the User confirms an order. As of this revision, paid order checkout and payment acceptance through the website are not enabled; see Section 9.4.
11.2. The payment currency is determined by the terms shown to the User when purchasing the Subscription and may depend on the User's country and the available payment method.
11.3. Payment is made using the payment methods available to the User in the Sportexa interface.
11.4. The Paid Access Seller may engage banks, payment services, and other payment intermediaries to accept payments for separate orders.
11.5. Sportexa does not store the User's full bank card details if those details are processed and stored directly by the payment provider.
11.6. The User’s payment obligation for a separate paid order is deemed fulfilled once the Paid Access Seller or its payment system receives confirmation of successful payment.
11.7. The Paid Access Seller provides paid features after payment is confirmed, unless the confirmed order expressly provides otherwise.
11.8. The Paid Access Seller applies the simplified tax system (USN).
11.9. When payment acceptance is enabled, the Paid Access Seller ensures that a fiscal cash-register receipt is generated and provided to the User in the cases and manner required by the laws of the Russian Federation. The delivery method is stated at checkout. Publishing this Offer does not itself mean that payment acceptance or automated receipt delivery is connected.
11.10. If the User pays from another country, payment processing, currency conversion, and fees may be determined by the User's bank, the payment system, or another third party involved in the transaction.
12. Changes to the Subscription Price
12.1. The Paid Access Seller may change prices for paid Plans.
12.2. A new price does not apply retroactively to a period already paid for.
12.3. If the price of an automatically renewing Subscription changes, the User must be informed of the new price before it is applied to the next payment.
12.4. If the User does not agree to the new price, the User may disable automatic renewal before the next charge.
12.5. After automatic renewal is disabled, the User retains access until the end of the period already paid for.
13. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds
13.1. The User may disable automatic renewal of the Subscription at any time using the method provided in clause 10.6.
13.2. Disabling automatic renewal stops future recurring payments but is not, by itself, a request for a refund for a period that has already begun.
13.3. The User may withdraw from the service agreement at any time. Where the laws of the Russian Federation apply, Article 32 of the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and Article 782 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation concerning the Service Provider's actual expenses incurred in performing the agreement are taken into account. Such expenses must be substantiated; the mere provision of access to the Service does not mean that the entire payment is unconditionally non-refundable.
13.4. To request a refund, the User may use the relevant support feature in Sportexa or send a request to support@sportexa.online.
13.5. When considering a refund request, the following are taken into account:
- the payment date;
- the date of the request;
- the paid period;
- the access actually provided to the User;
- the Service Provider's actual expenses, if retaining them is permitted by applicable law;
- other circumstances that must be taken into account under the mandatory rules of applicable law.
13.6. This Offer does not impose an unconditional prohibition on refunds where the User has a right to a refund under law.
13.7. This Section does not limit consumer rights that cannot be restricted by agreement between the parties under applicable law.
14. International Use of Sportexa
14.1. Sportexa may be made available to Users located in different countries.
14.2. The Paid Access Seller is registered and operates in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
14.3. Unless mandatory rules of applicable law provide otherwise, the relationship between the User and the relevant party — the Platform Operator for the Account and free features or the Seller for a separate paid order — is governed by the applicable terms of this Offer and the laws of the Russian Federation.
14.4. If mandatory rules of the law of the User's country of residence or location grant the User rights that cannot be excluded or restricted by agreement between the parties, this Offer does not restrict those rights.
14.5. Certain Sportexa features may vary depending on the User's country, including as a result of:
- local legal requirements;
- age restrictions;
- availability of payment methods;
- payment organisation requirements;
- availability of sports data;
- restrictions imposed by technology providers;
- other legal or technical reasons.
14.6. The User must independently comply with the laws of the country in which they are located and use Sportexa.
14.7. In particular, the User must take into account the rules and restrictions in the relevant country concerning placing bets and participating in gambling.
14.8. The presence in Sportexa of information about bookmaker odds, markets, or possible bets does not mean that placing the relevant bet is permitted by the law of the User's country.
14.9. If the User's country's law prohibits the use of a particular Sportexa feature, the User must not use that feature.
14.10. The Platform Operator may restrict access to Sportexa or individual features, and the Seller may restrict offers of paid access in certain countries, if necessary to comply with the law, requirements of payment organisations or service providers, or other mandatory requirements.
15. Rights and Obligations of the Service Provider
15.1. The Platform Operator provides the Account and free features. The Paid Access Seller shall provide only separately ordered and paid features under the confirmed order.
15.2. The Platform Operator may:
- develop and change the platform, its interface, and free features;
- change mathematical and statistical models, artificial intelligence technologies, data sources, and technology providers;
- carry out technical maintenance and temporarily restrict access to protect platform security and operation;
- introduce reasonable technical usage limits;
- take measures to prevent abuse and fraud.
The Seller may set the terms and prices of paid Plans, subject to the terms of orders already paid for and mandatory law.
15.3. A material change by the Seller to a Plan already paid for must not deprive the User of rights granted by mandatory rules of applicable law.
15.4. The Platform Operator takes reasonable measures to keep Sportexa operational but does not guarantee that free features will be absolutely and continuously available. The User’s rights concerning paid access already purchased are governed by the order and applicable law.
16. Rights and Obligations of the User
16.1. The User may use Sportexa features within the limits of the selected Plan.
16.2. The User must comply with this Offer and applicable law.
16.3. The User is responsible for keeping their Account access credentials secure.
16.4. The User must not:
- interfere with Sportexa's operation;
- obtain unauthorised access to the Service infrastructure;
- circumvent established restrictions;
- collect data in bulk by automated means without permission from the Platform Operator or the relevant rights holder;
- use malicious software;
- use another person's credentials without the relevant right to do so;
- provide a paid Account to third parties in breach of the Plan terms;
- use Sportexa for unlawful activity.
16.5. The User must use Sportexa reasonably and take into account the probabilistic nature of the Analytics provided.
17. Liability and Allocation of Risks
17.1. The parties are liable in accordance with this Offer and applicable law.
17.2. Each party is responsible within the scope of its obligations: the Platform Operator for the Account and free features, and the Seller for a separate paid order, payment, and delivery of paid access purchased. Neither party guarantees any particular result from the use of analytical information.
17.3. The Service Provider does not guarantee:
- that a forecast sporting outcome will occur;
- that the User will win;
- that the User will earn income;
- any particular level of profitability;
- the absence of losses;
- any particular accuracy of forecasts in the future.
17.4. The User independently decides whether to place each individual bet.
17.5. The Service Provider is not a party to the User's bet and does not control the bookmaker's actions.
17.6. The User independently bears the risks of decisions made on the basis of the information received, including the risk of losing all money used to place a bet.
17.7. The Service Provider is not liable for the actions or decisions of bookmakers or other third parties, including:
- changes in odds;
- refusal to accept a bet;
- changes to limits;
- cancellation of a bet;
- how a bet is settled;
- restrictions on the User's account with a third party;
- account blocking;
- delayed or refused payouts;
- the rules of a particular bookmaker;
- a third party ceasing operations.
17.8. A dispute between the User and a bookmaker is considered within the relationship between the User and that bookmaker. Sportexa is not a party to that dispute.
17.9. Sportexa may use information from independent data providers. The Service Provider does not guarantee that data from those providers will be free of errors or delays.
17.10. The Service Provider is not liable for the User's inability to use Sportexa due to circumstances beyond the Service Provider's reasonable control, including failures of third-party infrastructure, communication networks, data providers, payment systems, and external software services, except where the Service Provider's liability is expressly established by applicable law.
17.11. Nothing in this Offer excludes or limits the Service Provider's liability where that liability may not be excluded or limited by agreement between the parties.
17.12. Nothing in this Offer limits the User's mandatory consumer rights.
18. Personal Data and Privacy
18.1. The Platform Operator processes data needed for registration, Accounts, chats, and free features. When a paid order is enabled, the Seller independently processes data needed to place and perform the order, settle payment, and meet tax obligations. Roles and purposes of processing are set out in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
18.2. Information about the purposes and categories of processing, legal bases, retention periods, deletion procedures, use of cookies, engagement of processors, and other processing terms is set out in the separate Sportexa Privacy Policy.
18.3. The current Privacy Policy is published on the Sportexa website.
18.4. If the law requires the User's separate consent for a particular type of processing, that consent is requested separately.
18.5. When the platform uses third-party technology providers, including infrastructure, analytics, and artificial intelligence providers, the Platform Operator takes the measures necessary to comply with applicable personal data processing requirements.
18.6. The specifics of cross-border transfers of personal data are governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
19. Intellectual Property
19.1. Exclusive rights to Sportexa software code, design, interface elements, original texts, the Service structure, original analytical materials, and other results of intellectual activity belong to their respective rights holders.
19.2. Purchasing a Subscription does not transfer to the User any exclusive rights to Sportexa.
19.3. The Platform Operator grants the User a limited right to use free Sportexa features for personal purposes. The Seller may provide paid access only if the rights needed to do so are duly in place; that access is governed by a separate order. Registration does not grant the Seller rights to use the software and does not confirm that it holds a relevant licence.
19.4. Without the relevant permission, the following are not allowed:
- bulk copying of Sportexa materials;
- automated extraction of significant amounts of data;
- reselling access;
- providing paid access to third parties;
- creating commercial derivative services based on non-public Sportexa features;
- decompilation and other actions prohibited by applicable law.
19.5. This Section does not restrict actions that the User is entitled to take under mandatory rules of applicable law.
20. Third-Party Services and Data Sources
20.1. Sportexa may use third-party services, including:
- sports data providers;
- payment services;
- cloud infrastructure;
- artificial intelligence technology providers;
- analytics systems;
- email and notification services;
- other technology providers.
20.2. Such services are independent third parties.
20.3. The Platform Operator may replace providers used to operate the platform in compliance with applicable law. The Seller may select payment intermediaries for a separate paid order when checkout is enabled.
20.4. Links to third-party websites or services do not mean that either party to this Offer controls those parties’ activities.
21. Availability and Technical Maintenance
21.1. Sportexa is a software product under development.
21.2. Technical errors, temporary restrictions, and interruptions may occur while the Service is operating.
21.3. The Platform Operator may carry out scheduled and unscheduled technical maintenance on the platform.
21.4. The Platform Operator takes reasonable measures to restore Sportexa when technical failures occur.
21.5. If the User’s ability to use a paid feature is materially impaired, the User’s rights in relation to the Seller are determined by the paid order and applicable law.
22. Discontinuing Use of Sportexa
22.1. The User may stop using Sportexa at any time.
22.2. The User may disable automatic renewal of a Subscription using the method provided in clause 10.6.
22.3. The Platform Operator may restrict or terminate access to the Account and free features for a material breach of their terms of use or the law. The Seller may suspend paid access only on grounds set out in the separate order and applicable law.
22.4. If the Seller terminates paid access before the end of the paid period without a breach by the User, any refund for the unused part is determined under the order and applicable law.
22.5. Discontinuing use of Sportexa does not release either party from obligations that arose before such discontinuation.
23. Amendments to the Offer
23.1. The Platform Operator may amend the terms for registration, the Account, and free features; the Seller may amend the terms for paid access and Plans. Changes do not apply retroactively to rights already acquired by the User and are subject to mandatory law.
23.2. The current version of the Offer is published on the Sportexa website.
23.3. The Offer states the date of the relevant version.
23.4. Material changes to the terms of a current automatically renewing Subscription must be communicated to the User before they take effect, in a way that allows the User to review them and, if necessary, refuse further renewal.
23.5. An amendment to the Offer does not deprive the User of rights that they have already acquired under mandatory rules of applicable law.
24. Notices
24.1. The Platform Operator may send notices about registration, Account security, free features, and platform maintenance. If separate paid checkout is enabled, the Seller may send notices about the paid order, payments, Subscription, renewal, and material changes to its terms.
24.2. Such notices may be sent by email, through the Sportexa interface, or by another method specified by the User.
24.3. Advertising and marketing messages are sent where there is an appropriate legal basis and, where required, the User's separate consent.
25. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
25.1. The Paid Access Seller is registered and operates in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. The Platform Operator operates the platform in accordance with the laws applicable to him.
25.2. Unless mandatory rules of law applicable to a particular User provide otherwise, the agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
25.3. For Account and free-feature matters, the User may contact the Platform Operator; for a separate paid order, payment, or refund, the User may contact the Paid Access Seller at support@sportexa.online.
25.4. The relevant party and the User seek to resolve any disagreements through negotiations and the exchange of claims.
25.5. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure provided by applicable law.
25.6. This Offer does not limit a consumer's right to apply to a court, government authority, or other authorised organisation in the cases and manner provided by applicable law.
25.7. The provisions of this Offer on governing law and dispute resolution do not deprive the User of protection afforded by mandatory rules of law that apply to the User irrespective of the parties' choice of law.
26. Final Provisions
26.1. If any provision of this Offer is held invalid or unenforceable, this does not by itself invalidate the remaining provisions.
26.2. A relevant party’s failure to exercise a right immediately after grounds for exercising it arise does not constitute a waiver of that right.
26.3. Section headings are used for convenience and do not change the meaning of the provisions of the Offer.
26.4. The current version of this Offer is available on the Sportexa website.
26.5. The User is advised to save or print the version of the Offer that was in effect when the Subscription was purchased.
