Sportexa Privacy Policy

Source revision: 21 October 2026

English translation dated 21 October 2026

Russian source: Privacy Policy · Public Offer

English version: Terms of Service (Public Offer)

1. Operator and Scope

The personal data operator for platform accounts and chats is Alexey Sergeyevich Arsentyev, Tax ID 263214080108. He owns the Sportexa software and operates the platform. Service: https://sportexa.online. Contact for matters concerning account and chat data, access, correction, and deletion: support@sportexa.online.

The separate seller of paid access and operator of data needed to process orders, account for payments, and fulfil tax obligations is Individual Entrepreneur Andrey Aleksandrovich Guzich, Tax ID (INN) 773575887309, OGRNIP 325508100786398. When paid orders are enabled, he will process that information in his own name to perform the agreement and fulfil statutory obligations. Paid orders and payment-data processing are not enabled as of this revision. Questions about orders and payments can be sent to support@sportexa.online. The seller does not need message content or chat history to account for payments.

This Policy applies to visitors to the website and Sportexa users. It describes processing of data during registration, use of an account, use of sports analytics and the AI Assistant, support requests and, where payment is connected, provision of paid access.

2. Data Processed and Purposes

  • Registration and sign-in: email address, whether it has been verified, sign-in time, and information about acceptance of the Offer and acknowledgement of the Policy. This data is needed to create an account, verify access, and confirm the agreement terms. A one-time code is stored as a hash and has a limited validity period.
  • Use of the Service: message text, conversation and response history, selected sporting events, language and time-zone settings, and feedback. This data is needed to respond to requests, save history, and provide the selected features.
  • Personalisation: if the relevant feature is enabled separately, saved preferences and context from previous discussions. Available personalisation settings are managed in the profile. Reading this Policy does not by itself enable personal memory.
  • Plans and payments: selected Plan, access periods and limits, records of feature usage, payment information and applied promo codes, and referral credits if the User participates in the programme. This data is needed to perform the agreement, process payments, and fulfil statutory obligations.
  • Security: IP address, browser and device information, technical identifiers and a browser fingerprint hash, sign-in events, errors, and signs of abuse. This data is used to protect accounts, limit automated requests, and investigate failures.
  • Support requests: a reply address, the request text, and information that the User independently provides to resolve their issue.
  • Website visits: cookies and technical information about visits, pages, browser, and device. Web analytics systems are used on the website; their purpose and distinction from necessary cookies are described in Section 6.

The Service does not request passport data, biometric data, or special categories of personal data for ordinary registration and sports analysis. Do not include such information or other people's personal data in messages to the Assistant.

3. Legal Grounds and Processing Methods

Data necessary to enter into and perform an agreement at the User's initiative is processed on the relevant legal basis under Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”. Data needed to fulfil statutory obligations is processed on the basis of those obligations. Where consent is required, it must be requested separately for a specific purpose.

The checkbox “I have read the Privacy Policy” confirms that the User has read the document and is not blanket consent to any processing, marketing communications, or cross-border transfer.

Processing includes collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, disclosure to authorised recipients where there is a legal basis, blocking, deletion, and destruction. Processing is automated and, for requests and support, may involve the operator. The scope of data must correspond to the purpose of processing.

4. Storage and Retention Periods

The main database of accounts and chat history is located in the Russian Federation. This does not mean that all technology providers are located in Russia: processing of messages by external AI services is described separately in Section 5.

Account data, conversation history, and settings are stored while the relevant features are used and the agreement is being performed. Once the purpose of processing has been achieved, the data must be deleted or anonymised unless further storage is required by law or to protect rights in a specific dispute. Payment and accounting records are retained for the periods established by law.

When a deletion request is received, the operator determines which data can be deleted and which data remains subject to a separate legal basis for retention. Once the purpose of processing has been achieved or consent has been withdrawn, a destruction period of up to 30 days applies in the cases provided for by Article 21 of Law No. 152-FZ; termination of processing upon request and other actions are carried out within the periods set by that Article. Deleted data is no longer used in backups, and backups are destroyed in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

5. Technology Providers and External AI Services

The Service uses infrastructure, email delivery, security, web analytics, and artificial intelligence technology providers; if payment is connected, payment organisations are used and the seller of paid access processes the order and payment information it needs. Data may be accessed or transferred only to the extent necessary for the relevant purpose and where there is a legal basis. The payment organisations and information required for payment will be stated in the interface before payment acceptance is enabled. Data is provided to government authorities in cases provided for by law.

To prepare a response, the User's request text and the necessary conversation context may be sent to external AI services, including services outside the Russian Federation. The Account email address is not added to such requests as a contact field. However, if the User includes a name, email address, telephone number, or other personal data in a message, it may be included in the transmitted text or context. Please ask sports-related questions without including such data.

Locating the main database in Russia and not including a separate email field in an external request do not rule out processing of personal data by an external recipient. The lawfulness of a particular cross-border transfer is determined separately under Article 12 of Law No. 152-FZ; reading this Policy does not replace the procedures established by that Article and does not automatically authorise a transfer.

6. Cookies and Web Analytics

Necessary cookies are used for sessions, protection of forms against request forgery, saving the language, and sign-in. Blocking them may prevent use of the account.

Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics are used on the website to analyse traffic and improve the website. These systems may process technical identifiers, IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, and actions on the website; processing by external systems may involve transferring data outside Russia. Analytics cookies must be distinguished from cookies necessary to provide access. Their processing requires a separate legal basis; registration checkboxes do not create that basis.

Cookie settings are available in the browser. Refusing optional analytics should not prevent the User from using the main service; where consent is required, it is obtained separately from acceptance of the Offer and acknowledgement of this Policy.

7. User Rights and Requests

The User may obtain information about the processing of their data and its recipients, request correction, blocking, or destruction of data in cases provided for by law, withdraw separately given consent, and complain about processing to Roskomnadzor or a court.

Requests must be sent to support@sportexa.online from the Account email address. State the requested action and the data to which the request relates. The operator may ask for proportionate identity verification if necessary to protect data against access by another person. Do not send passport details in the Assistant chat.

Information about processing is provided within up to 10 business days, with a legally permitted extension of no more than 5 business days upon a reasoned notice. The corresponding periods under Law No. 152-FZ apply to correction, termination of processing, and destruction. If processing continues after consent is withdrawn on another legal basis, the operator informs the User of that basis.

8. Data Security and Policy Changes

The operator applies access controls and organisational and technical security measures appropriate to the nature of the data and the threats. No service can promise the absolute absence of technical risks.

The current Policy is available at https://sportexa.online/privacy. A new version is published with its revision date; changing the text does not by itself expand previously given consents. Policy-related requests are accepted at the email address stated in Section 1.
